Trussardi is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or access the 'Order Status' section to complete the online return authorization form and receive your unique Return Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags are attached and the return invoice is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-printed prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and schedule a collection with our courier or drop it off at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
